I do not think I would be far off from the truth when I say that women, more so than men, are emotionally driven. I think that a woman’s initial response to a situation would normally be an emotional one rather than a logical one. I may say this from personal experience, but having discussed this issue with the few other women at work, and having observed them in the day-to-day operations, it is apparent that women are emotional beings and this reflects largely in their demeanor and responses to different situations at work.
